The Necromancers

Physical: Look like average humans. They have a special gland in their mouth that makes a poison deadly only to vampyres. To kill the vampyre, the necromancer would have to bite them.

Mental: Hate all vampyres, and want to destroy them. Some secretly become vampyres so they can become stronger and faster, meaning they are more capable of killing off the parasite.
